We want you to love and enjoy your jewellery for as long as possible. Each piece is carefully checked before leaving us and we are always happy to help where we can.
Jewellery is delicate by nature and proper care plays an important role in maintaining its appearance and longevity.
Manufacturing Faults
If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 30 days of purchase with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
Once assessed, if an item is deemed faulty due to a manufacturing defect, we will offer a repair, replacement or suitable resolution.
Issues reported after 30 days will still be reviewed; however, depending on the nature of the damage and time since purchase, they may be considered general wear and tear rather than a manufacturing fault.
General Wear & Tear
Over time, general wear and tear can occur through regular use. This may include:
-
Chains breaking due to catching, pulling or pressure
-
Clasps loosening with repeated use
-
Scratches or surface marks
-
Fading of gold plating over time
-
Tarnishing caused by exposure to moisture or chemicals
These occurrences are not considered manufacturing faults and are not eligible for free replacement.
Where possible, we are always happy to assess items and advise on repair options or offer a replacement at a reduced price where we can.
Charm Bar Jewellery
Our charm bar pieces are custom assembled by hand. Each charm is attached using small jump rings which are secure but delicate connection points.
Jump rings may open if jewellery is tugged, caught on clothing (particularly knitwear), pulled or knocked during wear. This is considered normal wear and tear rather than a manufacturing fault.
We recommend removing charm jewellery before sleeping, showering, exercising and when wearing heavy knit clothing to help prevent snagging.
If a charm becomes detached, please contact us with a photo and we will always assess whether it can be reattached or advise on the best solution available.
Stainless Steel Jewellery
Many of our pieces are made from high-quality stainless steel, chosen for its durability and resistance to tarnishing.
Stainless steel jewellery is water-resistant and suitable for everyday wear. However, while durable, it is not completely immune to wear over time.
To keep your jewellery looking its best, we recommend avoiding frequent contact with:
-
Perfumes and beauty products
-
Lotions and fake tan
-
Cleaning chemicals
-
Chlorine and prolonged saltwater exposure
Gold-plated stainless steel pieces may gradually soften in colour or fade with regular wear. This is a natural process and not considered a manufacturing fault.
Repairs
If your jewellery becomes damaged, please email us with a clear photo and we will always do our best to advise whether a repair is possible.
Some pieces cannot be repaired depending on the design or nature of the damage, but we will always aim to offer a helpful solution wherever we can.
